- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery arrives within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat rate of $12.95 applies.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery arrives within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be returned within 15 days of you receiving the shipment.
- It must be in original, unused, uninstalled condition with all original packaging, manuals, and protective materials.
- You must provide the original proof of purchase or order number.
- Grille Assemblies (considered custom-fit after unpackaging)
- Head Gaskets (critical sealing component; once opened, cannot be returned for engine safety reasons)

- Receive Instructions: Weβll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping address. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Ship the Item: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable serviceβyou are responsible until it arrives at our facility.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received and inspected, weβll notify you of approval or rejection for refund or exchange.
Refunds: Timelines & Methods
- Timeline: After approval, your refund is processed within 5 business days5-10 additional business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchanges: We ship the new item once the return is received and approved. Standard or free shipping rates apply to the new shipment.
